Breast Implants Before and After

This is a dumb question, but when women have breast implants, do they stay the same shape for a life time?

What happens when a person dies and is buried? Do the implants stay “forever”? I have images in my head that I can’t resolve!

Well I do imagine that they would but I know that about every 8-10 years breast implants can leak so the person has to go back under for surgery every 8-10 years to have them taken care of or it can be dangerous. Can be quite costly!

So I don’t imagine they stay the same all the time, gravity has to do it’s job sometime haha.
